PCB designing, schematic capture AND net list creation

We are into designing of PCB layout using PROTEL software. Design objects are the building blocks of both schematic and PCB documents. We construct schematic and PCB designs by placing and arranging design objects on a schematic sheet or PCB layout document.
Keeping in mind that most objects placed on a PCB document will define copper areas or voids in the physical PCB.
This applies to both electrical objects, such as tracks and pads, and non-electrical objects, such as text and dimensioning.

Modification/duplication of existing PCB

We also modify the layout according to the customer requirement to fulfill the needs. We also prepare duplication type of existing PCB.This is done taking care of each and every track and component to have the exact copy of the circuit.

Schematic to layout conversion

We also develop layout if we are given the schematic of the circuit using the same software. We capture each and every path of the circuit to develop the layout.
This is done using PROTEL software. The tracks are made according to the flow of current in every loop. A PCB is derived from a schematic representation of the circuit.
When a schematic is loaded into a PCB document, schematic part symbols are translated to corresponding board component footprints and
the connectivity of the schematic is preserved and displayed as connection lines in the PCB document.

Conversion of PTH to SMD PCB

The conversion of PTH to SMD components is required as the whole world is going into the miniaturization of electronic circuits,with
precision and accuracy .
PTH means plated through hole i.e. the holes which are made from one side to another to strengthen the components and completion of the circuit.
Now to have a lesser space one needs to have convert a big PCB into a small one. This is done taking into consideration the
voltage drops and current levels across the components

We also prepare the wire harness (control as well as power wiring) of any type of systems like UPS, inverters, servo etc. We measure the dimension of the wires in the power as well as control circuitry and make the harness exactly of the same length. We also change the harness size according to the customer’s requirement. The grade and the quality of the wire and the thimbles we use are of good quality which most of the vendor’s don’t use to save money. In part, many different processes involved, such as:
- routing wires through sleeves,
- taping with fabric tape, in particular on branch outs from wire strands,
- crimping terminals onto wires, particularly for so-called multiple crimps (more than one wire into one terminal),
- inserting one sleeve into another,
- fastening strands with tape, clamps or cable ties.

Conversion of layout into schematic

We also convert the layout design into the schematic as it is very important for engineers to have the knowledge easily about the circuitry they are using since it is very typical to get it out using layout.
It is a hard work and also it is done very precisely to achieve the customer satisfaction. These Conversion of layout can also be made as per the technical specifications provided by the client.
Basically it is done by the analysis of the whole layout and converting it into the schematic one.
